neti neti offers 6 individual guest houses in Csáford, Zalaszentgrót, for around 12–15 guests. Slow stay for couples, small families and people looking for silence. Not a hotel, not a luxury resort, not a party accommodation.

NEST
For couples and solo guestsNEST is a completely unique wooden cabin for one or two guests, surrounded by trees. A minimalist, playful and intimate retreat with Bauhaus-inspired details, a large west-facing window and its own sun terrace.

Who it's for

What to expect
A house close to nature, quiet nights, slow mornings. Shared space in the hütte: breakfast, coffee, conversation if you want it. Privacy in your own house if you don't.
What not to expect
Not a city hotel, not a luxury villa park, not a party venue. Outside the hütte, internet may be limited. The wellness is still being built. The experience is about nature, silence and slowing down.

How many houses can we choose from?
Eight separate houses await our guests. Each has its own page with detailed amenities and a gallery.
For how many nights can we book?
On the indicated days the minimum is 2 nights: Thursday to Saturday, otherwise 1 night. We reserve the right to change this in certain periods.
Can we book several houses?
Yes, the whole estate can be rented for events or for longer retreats with larger groups. In that case, always ask for a quote via the contact form or directly at info@netineti.hu.
When is check-in and check-out?
Arrival from 15:00, departure by 11:00. Late check-out between 11:00 and 13:00 is available for a 20,000 HUF fee; after 12:00 a full daily rate is charged.
How does arrival work?
With self check-in via the Alfred system: before arrival you receive the gate code and a detailed guide by email, so you arrive whenever suits you.
How can I pay?
The full accommodation fee is paid in advance by bank transfer or through the booking interface with secure online card payment (SimplePay).
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation at least 14 days before arrival. For cancellations within 14 days, 100% of the booking fee applies as a penalty.
Is there catering?
Currently we do not offer catering ourselves. If you are looking for a catering partner for your own event, or already have one, get in touch and we will help everything run smoothly.
Does every house have a kitchen?
Our cabin-style houses have a kitchenette only. Our traditional houses have a kitchen suitable for cooking. See each house's page for details.
Can we bring a pet?
Yes, we are dog-friendly. When booking, please let us know how many dogs and what size you are arriving with; we ask for a lead in shared areas.
Are bed linen, towels and toiletries provided?
Yes, every house awaits you with fresh bed linen and towels, as well as natural-based toiletries.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the houses. It is allowed at the designated outdoor spots; please be careful with cigarette butts – we are on wooded, dry terrain.
