Terms and Conditions
Effective from 15 July 2026
Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions (the "T&C") govern the use of the accommodation and related services provided by neti neti Karikavölgy Kft. (the "Service Provider") and the booking system operated on the netineti.hu website (the "Website"). Separate individual agreements may be entered into with travel agencies, tour operators and other long-term partners.
The Website's booking system is powered by the booking engine operated by Previo, s.r.o. ("Previo"). Online card payments initiated during booking are processed by the SimplePay online payment system operated by SimplePay Zrt. ("SimplePay"; registered office: 1138 Budapest, Váci út 135–139. B. bldg. 5th floor, Hungary; company reg. no. 01-10-143303; tax no. 32835155-2-44).

2. General provisions
By ordering services through the Website, a contract is formed between the Service Provider and the ordering party (the "Contracting Party" / "Guest"). The contract is a distance contract, in Hungarian, not filed as a written document; its content is retrievable through the booking system. The Service Provider does not refer to a code of conduct.
By submitting a booking, the Contracting Party accepts these T&C in full and agrees to be bound by them. Acceptance is confirmed by ticking the corresponding checkbox in the booking flow.
Definitions
- Service Provider: neti neti Karikavölgy Kft. (8795 Zalaszentgrót, hrsz. 5277., reg. no. 20-09-079581, tax no. 32762561-2-20).
- Contracting Party / Guest: the natural or legal person ordering or using the services.
- Accommodation service: providing a stay for temporary, non-permanent lodging (including overnight stays) as part of a business activity, plus directly related services.
- Website: the Service Provider's website at netineti.hu. No prior registration is required to use it or make a booking.
3. Formation of the service contract, booking process
Upon the Guest's written enquiry (by email or through the Website's booking system), the Service Provider sends an offer within 36 hours of receiving the enquiry. If the actual order is not received within 48 hours from the offer, the Service Provider is no longer bound by the offer.
An enquiry must include the guest name(s), address, email, exact arrival and departure dates, chosen apartment type and requested services.
The service contract is formed by the Guest's duly submitted order and the Service Provider's written confirmation. The booking is deemed confirmed when the confirmation is made accessible to the Contracting Party. The Service Provider is not liable if the confirmation fails to reach the Contracting Party because of an incorrect email address or a full inbox.
Verbal orders are only binding on the Service Provider if confirmed in writing.
The contract runs for the fixed period confirmed in writing. If the Guest fails to arrive on the confirmed date (no check-in by 9:00 the following morning) without providing written notice of the delay, and the service has not been cancelled, the Guest is liable for the full service fee.
The contract may only be amended by written mutual agreement.
4. Cancellation, withdrawal, termination
The Guest undertakes to notify the Service Provider in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the service of any cancellation, modification or other change.
- Up to 30 days before arrival: cancellation is free of charge; any advance paid is refunded in full.
- Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: cancellation fee is 50% of the ordered service.
- Within 14 days before arrival: cancellation fee is 100% of the ordered service.
- Group or bespoke orders are subject to individually agreed cancellation terms.
The Service Provider reserves the right to withdraw from a confirmed booking no later than 30 days before arrival by written notice, refunding any advance payment simultaneously.
Special-condition products (promotional offers, group travel, events) may be subject to individually set terms.
In case of force majeure (e.g. official restriction) the parties will jointly agree on rescheduling or a refund.
5. Early check-in, late check-out
Early check-in is available subject to prior written agreement (via info@netineti.hu) and availability. Its fee is charged at the Service Provider's published rate.
Late check-out is available subject to prior written agreement and availability. If check-out is missed, the Service Provider is entitled to charge an additional fee.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
Under Section 29(1)(l) of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the accommodation service because the contract is always concluded for a specified date. By accepting these T&C, the consumer Guest acknowledges that the 14-day withdrawal right cannot be exercised.
7. Warranty
7.1 Warranty for defects
In case of defective performance, the Guest may make a warranty claim under the Hungarian Civil Code. The Guest may request repair or replacement, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or would involve disproportionate additional cost. Failing that, a proportionate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract may be claimed.
The Guest must notify the defect without delay, no later than 2 months after discovery. Warranty rights lapse 2 years after performance.
7.2 Product liability
For defective goods, the Guest may bring a product liability claim against the manufacturer within 2 years of the product being placed on the market. Warranty and product liability claims cannot be enforced simultaneously for the same defect.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are published on the Website and at reception, in Hungarian forints, VAT included. Local tourist tax (IFA) is charged separately at the rate set by the local municipality.
The Service Provider may unilaterally change prices at any time; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed in writing.
Payment methods
- online card payment on the Website and through the Previo booking engine, processed via the SimplePay online payment system (Visa, Visa Electron, V-Pay, Mastercard, Maestro; where technically available, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other SimplePay-supported methods);
- bank transfer,
- cash on site,
- bank card on site.
Payment schedule: The full booking price is due in advance, in one instalment, at the time of booking. The booking is considered final only after the full amount has been paid. For events and group bookings the schedule may be set individually.
Online card payment (SimplePay): After selecting the card payment option in the Previo checkout, the Guest is redirected to the SimplePay secure payment page, where card data is entered directly into SimplePay Zrt.'s system. The Service Provider does not see or store card data; it is handled exclusively by SimplePay Zrt. and the issuing bank. The Guest receives an electronic confirmation of the transaction from SimplePay, and a booking confirmation from the Service Provider. Payment is considered completed once SimplePay notifies the Service Provider of the successful transaction and the amount is credited to the Service Provider's account. If a transaction fails, the Guest may retry; the booking is not final until the full amount is paid.
Failed payments, chargeback: If an online payment is subsequently reversed (chargeback, recall or otherwise), the Service Provider may reopen the booking and request written payment of the full amount. In case of a chargeback initiated by the Guest that is inconsistent with the contractual relationship — in particular where the Guest disputes payment despite the Service Provider's due performance — the Service Provider is entitled to claim its bank and procedural costs and any damage from the Guest.
When paying by bank transfer or by other card payment made in advance, the fee is considered paid once credited to the Service Provider's bank account.
Refunds: In case of withdrawal, cancellation, force majeure or any other refund obligation, the Service Provider primarily refunds the amount using the same payment method as the original payment. For online card payments, the refund is initiated through SimplePay to the card used for the original transaction. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the Guest's issuing bank, for which the Service Provider is not liable.
8/A. Online payment via SimplePay — data transfer notice
By initiating an online card payment via the Previo booking engine on the Website — after reading and accepting the notice displayed before starting the payment — the Guest acknowledges and expressly consents to the transfer of the following personal data stored by the Service Provider in the Website's user database to SimplePay Zrt. as data processor.
Data controller: neti neti Karikavölgy Kft. (8795 Zalaszentgrót, hrsz. 5277., Hungary; company reg. no. 20-09-079581).
Data processor: SimplePay Zrt. (1138 Budapest, Váci út 135–139. B. bldg. 5th floor; company reg. no. 01-10-143303; tax no. 32835155-2-44).
Scope of data transferred: last name, first name, country, phone number, email address, billing address and booking identifier.
Purpose of the data transfer: execution of the payment transaction, providing the Guest with payment-related technical and customer support, transaction confirmation, and fraud monitoring for the protection of users.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract with the Guest) and the legitimate interest of the Service Provider and SimplePay Zrt. in the security of payment operations (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The data processing carried out by SimplePay Zrt. as an independent controller (including 3D Secure strong customer authentication, fraud prevention and the transfer of transaction data to card schemes, issuing banks and supervisory authorities) is described in detail in the SimplePay T&C and Privacy Notice in force at the time. The SimplePay Privacy Notice is available at simplepay.hu/adatkezelesi-tajekoztatok, and the SimplePay T&C at simplepay.hu/vasarlo-aff.
The Service Provider does not have access to any card or payment instrument data; these are handled exclusively by SimplePay Zrt. and the issuing bank. The Service Provider receives only the transaction identifier, status and data necessary to confirm the payment.
9. Use of the service
The Guest may start using the confirmed service between 15:00 and 18:00 on the day of arrival (check-in) and must vacate the apartment by 10:00 on the last day (check-out). Arrivals after 18:00 must be notified in advance.
The Guest uses all services at their own risk throughout the stay.
Immediate termination by the Service Provider
The Service Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect if:
- the Guest uses or damages the apartment or the services improperly;
- the Guest disturbs or obstructs the Service Provider's operation or house rules and does not stop despite being asked;
- the Guest breaches safety rules (e.g. smokes in a prohibited area);
- the Guest behaves rudely, threateningly or offensively towards staff or other guests, or is drunk or under the influence of drugs;
- the Guest suffers from a contagious illness;
- the Contracting Party fails to meet their payment guarantee obligation by the deadline.
Quiet hours (22:00–07:00) are to be respected, and the surrounding nature to be protected — please take waste with you or sort it selectively.
10. Liability
10.1 Guest's liability
The Guest is liable for all damage caused to the Service Provider or third parties by the Guest, their companions or persons under their supervision.
10.2 Service Provider's liability
The Service Provider is liable for damage caused to the Guest on the property through the fault of the Service Provider or its staff. Liability does not extend to events beyond the control of the Service Provider or its staff and guests, or events caused by the Guest or persons under their supervision.
Liability only covers items placed in designated areas, in the Guest's apartment, or handed to an authorised employee. For securities, cash and valuables the Service Provider is only liable if they were accepted for safekeeping.
Liability requires the Guest to notify the incident immediately with the necessary information via reception or the Service Provider's contact. Liability does not extend to luggage and its contents during arrival, departure or transport within the property.
The maximum liability is fifty times the daily room rate under the contract.
10.3 CCTV
Common areas may be monitored by security cameras for the protection of persons and property. By checking in, the Guest consents to being recorded. Footage is retained for 60 (sixty) days and then automatically deleted.
11. Guest's illness or death
If the Guest falls ill during the stay, the Service Provider will offer medical assistance at the Guest's cost. In case of a contagious illness the Service Provider may refuse to provide the service or terminate the contract with immediate effect. In case of the Guest's illness or death, the Service Provider may claim reimbursement of medical costs advanced and any resulting damages.
12. Termination of the service contract, settlement
The contract terminates upon expiry of the fixed period; by mutual agreement; by withdrawal from the order; or by the Service Provider's withdrawal or termination. The parties settle within 15 days of termination.
13. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@netineti.hu or verbally on site. Verbal complaints are examined immediately; if not resolvable, a minutes is taken. Written complaints are answered on the merits within 30 days.
If a complaint is rejected, the consumer may turn to the arbitration board competent by their place of residence or the Service Provider's registered office:

14. Scope and amendment of the T&C
These T&C apply to legal relationships established by bookings between the Service Provider and the Contracting Party, covering accommodation and related services in Hungary. They enter into force upon publication and remain in force until withdrawn or amended. Disputes are governed by the T&C in force at the time of booking.
The Service Provider may unilaterally amend these T&C; the amended text is published on the Website at least 15 days before entry into force.

16. Force majeure
Circumstances beyond the parties' control (e.g. war, fire, flood, adverse weather, power outage, strike, epidemic, official restrictions) release either party from their contractual obligations for the duration of the event. The parties take all reasonable steps to minimise damage and delay.
17. Intellectual property
All content on the Website is the property of the Service Provider. Unauthorised copying, transmission or use is prohibited. The name "neti neti" and the Website are protected by copyright; use — other than linking — requires the Service Provider's prior written consent.
18. Miscellaneous
The parties act in good faith and cooperate with each other; communication is primarily in writing by email. The Service Provider sends notices to the email address supplied by the Contracting Party, who must notify any changes without delay.
Hungarian law applies to these T&C, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on consumer contracts. The parties primarily seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; failing that, they submit to the jurisdiction of the Zalaegerszeg District Court or, depending on competence, the Zalaegerszeg Regional Court.
